Do A Barrel Roll!

So, I recently did the voice over work required for my character Edgar in the upcoming Norwegian student animation "Edgar: A Demon For Hire". Must say, I rather enjoyed it and can't wait to see the finished project. Doesn't currently seem like the Newgrounds animation will follow through, but that's fine. I can always wait for another opportunity.

On a side note, involving my "oh so personal" life. I'll be moving soon. I'll probably be back home temporarily until I go for my course in Video Game Design. So far I've told you 2 ways in which I'm approaching the entertainment industry. Through video games, and voice over work. Here lately I've been considering 2 more approaches on the side... a lot of people say I should try Stand Up Comedy, and a lot of other people think I should start another band. That's probably the one talent I miss the most, my singing.

So, the future looks bright. Not to mention, I'm stoked for E3 this year. Rumors of a big reveal for Mortal Kombat 9, and being a major Mortal Kombat geek, I'm psyched.

Peace Out,
GTS

Blog the Blogging Bloggers

Alright, this would be my first entry. Currently I'm unemployed as i've just been laid off from the call center I was working at. I am, However, currently assigned to a few upcoming projects. One being the one you see to the left, titled "Edgar: A Demon For Hire", an upcoming 3D student animation in the works. I will be voicing the lead character, Edgar, as he applies for a job and gives a few terrible references... how fitting as I can relate quite well. Much thanks goes out to Svein Otto Vesteng (Aka: Colorless-Crayon) for recognising my vocal talents and recommending me as lead to the rest of his animating team. I know him from a forum we both used to post on, both of us are long time Mortal Kombat fans..

Also worth noting, I'm also in talks with some Newgrounds flash animators to begin doing some work for their animations. Looking good, I might actually be made for this type of stuff.

I'll keep any readers posted, feel free to comment.

Cheers,
GTS
